How does monthly bookkeeping work?

We analyze and record all of your business transactions through Quickbooks and create your monthly financial statements.

What are the fees?

We use a flat rate fee per month.  We can talk about your specific business needs and figure out how we can best serve you.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, our services are month to month and can be cancelled any time with 30 days written notice.

When and how do I send my documents to you?

​

We will need your bank statements every month.  We typically setup your bank statements to automatically sync with Quickbooks so you can focus on your business while we handle your finances.

When do you deliver my monthly financial reports?

​

We will have your financial reports delivered by the 10th of every month so that you can better plan for your business.

What if my books need catching up or cleaning up?

No worries!  We can help cleanup any messes or inaccurate records.  Just call or email us and we will discuss the details necessary for your specific situation.
